My name is Karen Nieto, and I am the Principal of this wonderful elementary school! I have many years of experience both as an educator and school administrator. Hello! My name is Ariana Casares and I am the School Counselor at JP Lenoir Elementary. I have been a school counselor for 12 years. My Master’s degree in Education specializes in Counseling and Guidance. I love working daily with my students and use my excellent communication skills and strategies in trying to help them with their day-to-day challenges. My multicultural competency and ability to see different perspectives enables me to meet people and understand all situations life brings.
