The Board of Trustees encourages employees to discuss their concerns and complaints through the informal conferences with their supervisor, principals and/or other district administrator.
If and informal conference regarding a complaint fails to reach the outcome requested by the employee, he/she may initiate the formal process described below by timely filing a written complaint form.

Even after imitating the formal complaint process, employees are encouraged to seek informal resolution of their concerns. An employee whose concerns are resolved may withdraw a formal complaint at any time.
